Born from a family recipe book dating back to 1940s Málaga, we bring genuine Spanish sobremesa (the art of lingering at the table) to Snoqualmie. Chef Alejandro’s wood-fired paellas and Abuela’s secret gambas recipe will transport you to a sun-drenched plaza.
